IX Webhosting is one of our favorite web hosts (hence making it to the top10), and they are currently hosting a handful of our websites now. They provide a rough and tumble service which is basically a get what you pay for very low cost service which is exactly what we are going for. If you know what you are doing, you can use their services to create a truly remarkable empire for a few bucks a month.
Overall Price Value (21/25)
As we mentioned earlier, we are currently using them to host a few of our websites (we use BlueHost for this site), IXWebHosting is great because they offer all the resources you could ever reasonably need while keeping prices at a minimum. With free advertising credits, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, and a free domain they have established themselves as providing some of the best hosting plans on the web.

because it provides a truly superior service for the price. If you are looking to have an ecommerce ready site with 2 free domains for life, unlimited bandwidth, and unlimited storage space this is the place to go. With over 350,000 domains hosted from their new Columbus, Ohio data center IX Web Hosting has proven to be a leader in the field offering stability and performance for an amazing price. They use a load balancing system along with full UPS back ups.
Control Panel & Software (19/25)
IX WebHosting uses the famous "cPanel" control panel software. It is the industry standard for control panels and it has proven itself to be extremely easy to use while still offering many different features. Some of these features include visitor tracking, search engine submissions, forums, email, domain management, file systems, etc.

The IX Web Hosting customer service department is open 24/7, allowing you to get support from whatever medium you want. You can call their toll free number, email them, or even use live chat. Whatever option you choose will lead you to their experienced staff where you will quickly recieve top notch support.

IX Web Hosting is what the web hosting world has come to expect of a webhost, with the standard customer service, performance, and control panel options. They are overall a standard web host with a good price, and we would recommend them as we still use them ourselves for some websites.
