I actually use Overnight Prints myself for business cards, and I can say that the print quality is amazing. Compared to what I was getting from local print companies there is simply no comparison in the quality, and even with shipping time it arrived faster than the estimated turnaround time from local printers. One of the main reasons that Overnight Prints (http://www.overnightprints.com) is able to produce high quality products at a fast rate is that they use both of the major technologies, offset and digital printing. The color quality is better on offset printing but it is not economical for smaller printing jobs, for myself I went with digital printing and my cards came out great. It appears that now for any order over 100 cards you will be getting offset printing, which gives about four times better color clarity.

One cool feature that I discovered during my Overnight Prints review is a feature called “spot uv coating” or “spot gloss coating”. Overnight Prints spot gloss gives you the ability to pick specific features to stand out on your product, for instance if you are a car dealership and want business cards printed you could use the spot uv coating to make an image of a car and your name have more shine than the background of the card. For my cards I had a full background image so it wouldn’t have made much sense to only highlight certain items, but I can easily see applications for the spot gloss coating.

I have used Overnight Prints myself for business cards and they came out great. Including tax & shipping it came out to $33.50 for 1,000 high quality business cards (prices will change), and even though I picked the slowest shipping & turnaround time I think it took around 3-4 business days to get my cards. I also just called them today as part of my review to test their customer service and I was talking to a representative within 30 seconds and they answered all of the questions I had.
